Baggage transport

  • A piece of baggage not exceeding 30×60×80cm and 30 kg + 1 hand luggage not exceeding 15×25×35cm will be transported free of charge.
  • Any extra luggage or a piece of luggage exceeding 25×60×80cm or 30 kg will be a subject to a surcharge 200 CZK/ 8 EUR.
  • If excess luggage is over-sized, double fee will be charged.
  • Bicycles will only be accepted for transport if packed properly not to damage other baggage and provided the coach capacity is available.

Cancellation fees

  • A change of reservation is possible at least 24 hours before departure. Rebook charge is 8 EUR.
  • Cancellation up to 24 hours before departure, the fee of 25% from the amount of unused fare will be charged.
